ACwatt
When power goes down unexpectedly, education facilities face more than just a disruption — servers can crash mid-online-class, lab equipment can lose unsaved data, and security systems can go offline.
ACwatt recently delivered a complete UPS and battery solution for an education facility, pairing the ACM Series AC080 modular UPS with the ACT Series TT030 three-phase UPS to cover different load requirements across the campus.

UPS Solution
AC080 (Modular) + TT030 (Three-Phase)
Key Feature
Up to 97% Online Efficiency
The AC080 modular system was chosen for the facility's IT server room, where load may grow as new departments, digital classrooms, or research equipment are added. Its modular architecture lets the school start with the capacity it needs today and add power modules later — no need to over-size the system upfront or replace the whole unit.
The TT030 tower UPS handles higher three-phase loads, such as building infrastructure and larger lab equipment, with online double-conversion protection and a 1.0 output power factor. Both units reach up to 97% online efficiency, keeping ongoing energy costs down.

Education sites have mixed power needs in one place — a small server room, a lecture hall with AV equipment, and a central HVAC system don't all protect the same way.
✓ Right-size each load
Modular UPS for IT rooms that grow over time, three-phase tower UPS for heavier building and lab loads.
✓ No downtime during service
Hot-swappable modules and parallel redundancy mean scheduled maintenance doesn't interrupt classes or exams.
✓ Lower total cost
Up to 97% efficiency means less heat, less cooling, and lower electricity bills over a 5–10 year equipment life.
This project reflects ACwatt's experience matching UPS configurations to the way schools and campuses actually use power — not just listing specs on a datasheet. Whether you're upgrading an existing server room or designing backup power for a new building, the right combination of modular and three-phase UPS protects what matters without overspending.
