CASE STUDY | DATA CENTER HYBRID POWER

ACwatt has successfully completed live field validation of a 2.4 MW diesel–lithium hybrid power system under real data center load conditions. This milestone project demonstrates the seamless coordination between a 2,400 kW diesel generator and a high-density lithium battery energy storage system.

Breakthrough in Generator-Battery Coordination

Driven by our proprietary Intelligent EMS, the system dynamically dispatches energy between the diesel generator and lithium batteries. This breakthrough significantly improves energy utilization, reduces fuel consumption, and lowers operational costs, delivering a highly resilient power architecture for modern data centers.

Verified Field Data

Live monitoring recorded a remarkable 2.512 MW total active power and a perfect 1.00 power factor. Phase voltage THD was maintained between 0.4% and 0.5%, ensuring ultra-clean power for sensitive IT infrastructure. These verified results directly validate our CNAS-accredited 2.4MW joint test capability in a real-world environment.
