Acwatt
A manufacturing facility in Southeast Asia required a reliable power protection solution to support critical electrical equipment during utility disturbances and unexpected power interruptions.
ACwatt provided a project-based UPS and battery-backup solution selected according to the facility’s electrical environment, connected loads, installation conditions and required backup time.
Manufacturing facilities rely on stable power for production equipment, control systems, communication devices and other operational loads. Voltage fluctuations and unplanned outages can interrupt production, trigger equipment shutdowns and increase restart risks.
The installed UPS system provides conditioned backup power for connected critical loads. It helps reduce the impact of voltage disturbances, frequency variations and short utility interruptions on factory operations.
The solution also includes system monitoring and external battery support. The final UPS capacity, phase configuration and backup time were selected according to the customer’s operating and installation requirements.
The deployed solution gives the facility a centralized power-protection platform for critical equipment. Operators can monitor system status, alarms and operating information while the battery system supports continuity during abnormal utility conditions.
By matching the UPS and battery configuration to the actual site requirements, the project supports more reliable manufacturing operations and reduces the risks associated with unstable power.
